Kristen Hall-Kristen Hall who is a founder of the country group Sugarland has filed a $1.5 million lawsuit against the two current members of the band.In that lawsuit filed in July in a U.S. District Court in Atlanta, Kristen Hall is asking that she gets a portion of the group’s profits even after she left in 2005 for a solo career.The court papers also revealed that Hall, who founded the band in 2002, had an agreement with Jennifer Nettles and Kristian Bush to equally share profits and losses.The band’s album, “Love on the Inside,” released last month, went No. 1 on Billboard music charts.
Isn’t it just convenient to file a lawsuit when you are flopping and your former group is on the high road to success?
